We are so excited to announce our first Sound Bath at Balance Kitchen, hosted by Katie from Kokoro Wellness.
Join us for a calming evening designed to help you slow down, relax, and reset. Unwind in a peaceful atmosphere, followed by a refreshing protein shake from Balance Kitchen.
Everything you need to relax will be provided – mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks – though you’re welcome to bring anything extra that brings you comfort.
