Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you want to untangle overwhelming thoughts, make sense of difficult emotions, or simply have time each week that’s just for you. We’ll work together at your pace, using a blend of talking therapy, CBT, NLP, and solution-focused techniques to gently explore what’s going on and help you move forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just come as you are. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and a safe place to explore what matters to you.
Initial Contact
Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange a free, no-pressure discovery call. This gives us a chance to talk through what’s going on for you, what you’d like support with, and how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we can book your first session.
Your First Session
In your first session, we’ll gently explore what’s brought you to counselling. There’s no pressure to dive into everything all at once, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll explain how sessions are structured, answer any questions, and together we’ll begin to shape a way forward.

Whether you're facing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, or simply feel stuck, counselling offers the space you need to pause, reflect, and begin to find a way forward. Each session is led by your needs. I’m here to listen, gently guide, and support you in exploring what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
