What began as a personal journey of healing soon became a deep passion for helping others find the same sense of peace, clarity, and purpose. Mental health and well-being are at the heart of everything I do.

I offer person-centred counselling and solution-focused hypnotherapy, alongside CBT and NLP techniques, to support emotional healing and mindset change. My work also includes Reiki healing, personal development coaching, mindfulness guidance, and sound healing. Movement is an important part of what I offer too, with yoga and Pilates sessions designed to reconnect mind and body in a gentle, empowering way.

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people to not only heal, but to also find their purpose in life. My style is not a one size fits all approach, I work with each client on an individual basis and tailor the therapy/coaching to meet their specific needs.

I’ve been there. I know how it feels to be stuck in a negative mindset. The feeling of being lost and stuck in a rut. But I broke free from those negative thought patterns and made it my mission to help others do the same.

My Approach

Kokoro means heart, mind, and spirit, a concept that reflects my approach to wellness, which supports the body, mind, and soul as one.

Mind – Through talking therapies such as counselling, NLP, CBT, and hypnotherapy.

Body – Using mindful movement like yoga and Pilates to reconnect you with your physical self.

Every session or class is designed to meet you where you are, calmly, compassionately, and with the aim of helping you feel empowered and supported.

Soul – With Reiki, sound healing, and guided meditations to restore balance and inner peace.
