On the longest night of the year, we’re inviting you to slow down.
To breathe deeply.
To soften into the stillness that winter offers.
Katie from Kokoro Wellness and Paige from The Unit are coming together to host Reflect, Reiki & Sound. A deeply grounding Winter Solstice experience designed to help you release, restore, and reconnect.
What to expect:
Reflective Journaling: We’ll begin by gently landing into your body and mind through guided journaling and introspection. This reflective practice helps you release the year’s heaviness, honour your inner strength, and create space for the light that’s slowly returning.
Breathwork & Meditation: You’ll then be guided through calming breathwork to settle your nervous system and ease you into a peaceful meditative state, preparing you for the deeper layers of rest and healing that follow.
Sound Healing: We will close the evening with a beautiful sound healing session using 432hz crystal sound bowls to create deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Hands-on Reiki: During the sound healing, you will also receive gentle hands-on Reiki. Reiki and sound complement each other beautifully, enhancing your overall sense of calm and well-being.

This event is suitable for everyone. Our welcoming environment ensures everyone can benefit from this practice.
Blankets, mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you to feel comfortable.
