Join Katie from Kokoro Wellness for a gorgeous evening of relaxation and healing. Discover the profound benefits of meditation, alongside a soul-soothing sound bath as you embark on a journey to release stress, enhance inner peace, and promote holistic well-being. Katie will guide you through practices that nurture your mind, body, and soul, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Blankets, mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you to feel comfortable.
