Returns Policy

This refund policy covers all purchases made through the website www.kokorowellness.co.uk and through Katie directly. The refund policy states that all purchases made both via the website and Katie directly are non-refundable.  Exceptions can be made but this is at the discretion of Kokoro Wellness and any refund enquires should be made with Kokoro Wellness.  If you have an appointment for a Kokoro service, at least 48 hours notice should be given for any cancellation or rescheduled appointments.  After this timeframe you will be unable to reschedule and you will lose any payment made.
