Join Katie from Kokoro Wellness and Paige from The Unit for a gorgeous evening of relaxation and healing. Experience the combined benefits of Meditation, Reiki, and a calming Sound Bath to release stress, find inner peace, and support your well-being.

While Katie plays the sound bowls, creating soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system, Paige will offer individual Reiki to help you relax more deeply and restore energetic balance.

Take this opportunity to unwind and discover calm.

Blankets, mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you to feel comfortable.
