Join Katie from Kokoro Wellness and Paige from The Unit 75 for a gorgeous evening of relaxation and healing. Experience the benefits of Meditation, Reiki and a calming Sound Bath to release stress, find inner peace, and support your well-being.

Katie and Paige will guide you through practices to nurture your mind, body, and soul leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and balanced,

Blankets, mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided, however please feel free to bring anything that will help you to feel comfortable.
